Acceptable Use Policy
This Acceptable Use Policy forms part of the Compass Terms of Service. It sets out the conduct we expect, and the conduct we will not tolerate, when you use Compass.

- generate content that promotes fraud, scams, market manipulation, or any other dishonest commercial practice;
- build, train, or fine-tune any AI model on Compass outputs in order to create a competing AI coaching product;

- enter personal data of others into Compass where you do not have a lawful basis to share it, including special category data.
3. What We Will Do if You Breach This Policy
We may, depending on the seriousness of the breach:
- ask you to stop and give you a reasonable time to remedy the breach;
- suspend your account;
- terminate your account immediately;
- report the conduct to the relevant authority, including law enforcement, the Information Commissioner's Office, Ofcom (under the Online Safety Act 2023), or any other competent body; and

We give you reasons and a route to respond, except where the breach is severe enough to require immediate action.
