Anna Fisher

Co-founder, Starlight Tech

Anna Fisher is co-founder of Starlight Tech and founder of Anna Fisher Coaching, the communication coaching practice she runs alongside building Compass. She writes half of the Compass blog, and she brings the company the perspective it values most, a small business owner doing her own marketing, today, in the same hours Compass is designed for.

Before founding her practice, Anna built her career in marketing, sales and communication, including time in AI education with the edtech startup sAInaptic. She studied at Kingston University, and the thread through all of it is the same one that runs through her coaching now, helping people say what they mean and be heard.

Anna Fisher Coaching teaches LAMDA acting, verse and public speaking through one-to-one tuition and school workshops, online and in Banbury. She built the practice around family life, in the gaps a full house allows, and it stays busy. In her own words, after years in marketing, sales and communication she kept coming back to the work she cares about most.

Her seat at Starlight Tech matters for a simple reason. When the house is finally quiet at half past eight in the evening, Anna is the one at the kitchen table replying to new coaching enquiries. That hour is where most small business marketing happens, and it is the hour Compass is built for. She brings that reality into how Compass gets made, and writes for the Compass blog as an owner who markets her business the way you market yours.

Anna is married to Liam, her co-founder, and they run Starlight Tech together from Oxfordshire, a company built around family life as much as around marketing.
